UI/UX Designer Trainee-

Prodt Consulting Services is seeking a creative and enthusiastic UI/UX Designer Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about design, eager to learn, and ready to embrace new technologies like AI. If you have a strong portfolio, understand user flows, and can create flow diagrams, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior designers and developers to create user-friendly designs for web and mobile applications.
• Understand user flows and be able to create flow diagrams that represent user interactions and paths.
• Use tools like Canva to create visually appealing marketing collaterals (social media posts, banners, etc.).
• Work with AI-powered tools and resources to enhance design workflows and improve productivity.
• Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on research and user needs.
• Design responsive and interactive interfaces, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Participate in user testing and iterate designs based on feedback and data insights.
• Clearly explain your design decisions and process during discussions and review sessions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Degrees and diplomas don’t matter – what counts is your genuine portfolio and ability to explain your design thinking.
• Looking for 0-1 year of experience candidates
• Hands with Canva and understanding of marketing collaterals.
• Basic knowledge of user flows and the ability to create flow diagrams.
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Passion for using AI tools in design and daily tasks, or a willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of web and mobile design principles, including responsive design.
• Good communication skills to present and defend design decisions.
• Hunger to learn and grow in a fast-paced design environment.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience working with AI-powered design tools like Figma’s AI plugins, DALL·E, or ChatGPT.
