Cancellation Policy

At ProDT Consulting Services, we provide software services and solutions tailored to our clients' needs. As we do not sell physical goods or services that are subject to return or refund, our cancellation and termination policies are governed by the terms outlined in the agreements, including but not limited to Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and other contractual documents mutually signed with our clients.

1. Service Cancellation:

Clients may request to cancel their subscription or service in accordance with the termination clauses specified in their respective agreements. This typically includes a prior notice period and any applicable obligations, as stated in the signed contract.

2. Refunds:

Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the terms explicitly agreed upon in the MSA, SOW, or any other signed contract. Unless otherwise stated, no refunds are provided for services rendered or fees already incurred.

3. Termination by ProDT:

We reserve the right to terminate services if there is a breach of the agreed terms, non-payment, or other valid reasons as detailed in the contractual agreement.
